Service Support Administrator

Responsibilities:

● Daily checking of commercial pipelines for any new and upcoming robot deployments

● Assignment of Field Service Engineers for deployment processes and making necessary

adjustments to resource allocation when necessary (e.g. to cater for any last minute, more

prioritized deployments)

● Arrange for customer UAT, and handle the UAT form (signed copy) properly

● Arrange for customer trainings (Robot handling, Software platform) and related logistics

● Prepare for robot Go-live by obtaining relevant customer information and remote

operator instructions.

● In-charge of retrieving Robot Performance Reports for customers (eg. weekly, monthly,

specific period).

● Backup/cover for other Service Support Administrator as needed for day-to-day operations.

● Take on various ad-hoc duties as required to support robot operations, coordinating

deliveries and providing robot operational support.

Requirements:

● Diploma in engineering, business administration, or any related field.

● Preferred: 2 years experience in project coordination, operations management or a

similar role (fresh graduates may apply)

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple

operational tasks simultaneously.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional

teams and stakeholders.
