Service Engineering (Automotive)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the control of after-sales service agreements with service providers.
2. Localize and manage service providers' business policies such as network permission, marketing activity, parts and accessories assessment policies, set and control pricing policies.
3. Implement and assess policies related to after-sales customer complaint handling.
4. Handle complaints and follow up with external platforms.
5. Coordinate customer complaint information.
6. Handle translation and printing of after-sales related materials.

Recruitment Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor's in automotive related or project management fields.
2. Experience in automotive after-sales, including customer complaints and business-related tasks.
3. Strong execution ability, service awareness, and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and other office software.
