Service Crew FOH

Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Front of House cum Service Crew to join our team. This is a customer-facing role that combines service, cashiering, and light operational duties to ensure guests have a warm and welcoming experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, and serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Manage table clearing, resetting, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Ensure front-of-house areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Support the team with opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a café or service role is an advantage (training provided for the right candidate).
• Pleasant, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
• Good communication skills and a positive team spirit.
• Able to multitask and stay calm during busy service periods.
• Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays as required.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a bonus.
