Senior/Associate Executive, Business Office (Systems)

Job Description:

You will provide IT user support to the department with a primary focus on the billing system and applications. This includes, but is not limited to, participating in requirements gathering sessions, scripting test scenarios, conducting user acceptance tests, documenting test results, and maintaining setup tables in billing systems. You will also liaise with both internal and external stakeholders on systems enhancement projects at the Ministry, SingHealth cluster, hospital and department levels.

Requirements:

· Diploma, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience

· Knowledge in design thinking, automation tools (e.g. RPA UiPath, ChatBot knowledge maintenance) and SAP billing system will be an added advantage

· Good team player with strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
