Job Description:
- Lead the development of software and applications.
- Analyze, design, develop, test and implement the application systems within the project timeframe and in accordance with users’ requirements.
- Improve workplace productivity through customization of software and innovative solutions.
- Maintain existing in-house applications and IT.
- Focus on good code quality and high-test coverage and participate in code reviews.
- Build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design.
- Handle integration with additional systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade new and existing applications.
Requirements:
- A University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer or similar role.
- Good self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and flexibility in adapting to changes.
- Ability to manage IT projects independently.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Familiar with Software and Apps development.
- Problem solving/ troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with React/NextJs, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and React Native
- Good understanding of databases and API development and Interest in field management systems, and tech-driven services
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in an agile development environment.
