Senior Site Facade Supervisor

Job Description: as a member of site/ops team, focus on site supervision of archi & façade execution from respective subcons, closely monitor subcon workfront, manpower, material arragement & progress tracking.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of site experience focused on archi & façade works
• Min 1 large scale public project (with curtain wall and/or precast facade works) from start of site archi works to TOP or DLP stage
• Well-versed in site inspection & technical terms of archi & façade works
• Familiar with cross-trade interfacing works & sequence
• Familiar with good archi workmanship expectation, basic local code & compliance (including CONQUAS)
• Good to have façade inspection/related BCA training cert.
