Senior Marketing Executive

Our client is a major retail developer with a global presence, looking for a Senior Marketing Executive.

This will be a great opportunity to work on both Marketing, Leasing, and Operations.


Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase mall traffic and brand visibility.
- Lead tenant and vendor engagement for events, pushcart leasing, and mall activations.
- Manage casual leasing for advertising panels, atriums, and pushcarts - handling leads, conversions, and operations.
- Oversee social media and content planning to boost digital presence and engagement.
- Coordinate with external partners for smooth execution of A&P initiatives and support PR efforts.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in pushcart and event space leasing within a mall or retail setting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative and energetic in marketing campaign ideation and delivery.
- Organized and results-driven, with attention to detail in execution.
- Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
