Senior General Manager

Key Accountabilities

· Head and manage the Applied Product Sales throughout ASEAN region

· Identify, hire and provide mentorship to team

· Oversee sales processes, build and maintain rapport with customers

· Liaise with and align consistency amongst regional affiliates

· Provide expertise to optimize performance in both Sales and Service

· Schedule, assign and follow up on staffs’ progress to ensure that operational requirements are adhered to

· Actively participate in strategic and tactical planning

· Establish annual goals for department and individual team member

· Ensure that team member’s skills and knowledge are in line with operational requirements with periodic training scheduled and held as appropriate

Pre-requisites

· Masters/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales and Marketing or related discipline

· Minimum 20 years’ experience in Engineering in the same or related industry and at least 10 years’ experience in a management position

· Excellent leadership, communications and negotiation skills

· Strong problem solving and project management skills

· Able to travel frequently
