Senior Customer Service Agent (Maid Industry)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Attend to employer's inquiries (Email, Phone, Whatsapp and Walk-In)

- Phone interviewing of helper and shortlist matching to employer's needs

- Arranging for MDW arrival/departure

- Support all administrative issues

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Have CEI (Basic) Certificate

Working experience in Maid Agency is a must !

basic salary + commission + monthly team bonus

Work Location: Kovan Area

Singaporean / Malaysian SPR ONLY

Salary Range $3000 to $3300
