Senior Crew - Service

Main Responsibilities

-Report to the Crew Leader

-Responsible for providing courteous and efficient Food and beverage services to customers.

-Food Preparation and cook the wide variety of food offered in Outlet

-Prepare beverages

-Perform cashiering duties

-Perform opening and closing duty

-Clean up the tables immediately after customer has left.

-Attend and respond to customers’ needs promptly and professionally.

-Maintain strong hygiene and safety standards

-Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction

-Ensure the smooth operations of the Outlet

-Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures

-Attend and respond to customers’ needs promptly and professionally

-Ensure Customers are attended and served promptly to prevent long queues

-Perform general housekeeping and cleaning and washing duties, including sweeping, mopping and stewarding duties

-Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

-Entry level candidates are welcomed

-Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards

-Basic PC literacy

-Provide Good Customer Service
