The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for leading and managing the modern trade sales and retail operations team to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance relationships with key modern trade customers. This role involves strategic planning, execution of sales strategies, and overseeing the development and implementation of programs that drive performance across modern trade channels.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer/modern trade, with a proven track record of success.
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial management.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
