Semi-Permanent Makeup Trainer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Permanent Makeup Trainer to lead training sessions, guide students in mastering modern techniques (such as eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips), and uphold the highest standards in hygiene, artistry, and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on training for eyebrow, eyeliner, and lip embroidery techniques
• Develop training materials and update course content regularly
• Provide live demonstrations and supervise student practices
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure all training complies with health, safety, and industry regulations
• Inspire, guide, and support students on their career journey
• Occasionally assist with in-house technique refinement or team upskilling

Requirements:

• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PMU / micropigmentation
• Proven experience in teaching or mentoring students is highly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of different PMU techniques (Microblading, Powder, Ombre, etc.)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (Mandarin or Malay is a plus)
• Passionate about beauty, education, and raising industry standards
