Sales Support Engineer (QS)

The Sales Support Engineer will bridge technical expertise and sales strategy by assisting the sales team in designing solutions, preparing proposals, and addressing client requirements. This role ensures seamless communication between customers, sales, and engineering teams to drive successful deal closures and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored fire protection solutions (alarms, sprinklers, suppression systems).
• Develop technical proposals, cost estimates, and system specifications for bids/RFPs.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, answering questions about system design, compliance, and integration.
• Liaise with project management/technical teams to validate feasibility of proposed systems.
• Maintain CRM with accurate sales pipeline data, customer interactions, and project updates.
• Support post-sale handoff to project management/technical teams for smooth implementation.
• Travel to client sites for meetings, surveys, or presentations when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Technology or Building Services Technology (Mechanical / Electrical)
• Fresh graduate may also apply.
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Training will be provided
• Applicant with experience in construction industry -Fire protection will be advantage
