Sales Representative

Job Description:

1. To service and provide call-in customers on their needs on products we have;
2. To follow up on quotations and enquiries;
3. To generate sales and improve customer loyalty and retention;
4. To prepare quotations, sales orders;
5. To maintain accurate records of customers’ contact base;
6. To coordinate logistics and delivery, order processing and other ad-hoc duties assigned;
7. Able to take high volume workload; and
8. Any other sales-related duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• N-Level or equivalent
• Able to work independently with initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and communication
• Meticulous and detailed in checking information and data
• Self driven
• Experience in Business Central system will be an advantage
