Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain product displays according to merchandising standards for all normal shelves and block displays.
• Perform stock rotation based on FIFO and replenish stock from storeroom to sales floor.
• Ensure cleanliness of products and display shelves.
• Display POSMS and promotional/normal price tickets on time.
• Secure and maintain prominent home shelf placements.
• Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
• Assist supervisor in monitoring competitors’ in-store activities.
• Recommend replenishment orders to outlet staff to maintain stock levels.
• Follow up to ensure purchase orders are placed and stock is delivered.
• Identify opportunities to increase product facings and visibility.
• Maintain good rapport with outlet staff.
• Participate in retailer stock counts and planogram changes when required.
