Goal of Position
The incumbent is responsible to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction by delivering technical solutions, expanding OEM partnerships, and executing strategic sales initiatives in the assigned region.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major OEMs, providing technical support and after-sales service.
- Prepare product forecasts, track project developments, and relay market feedback to internal teams.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities.
- Organize and support technical seminars and training sessions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand market share with new OEM customers.
- Provide engineering support and application advice to key end-users.
- Conduct product presentations and hands-on training for customers.
- Investigate bearing demand across targeted industries.
- Manage sales operations using tools like Salesforce, SAP (RFQs), and BPC (planning).
- Support corporate initiatives such as Fit for Quality, MOVE, and internal/external audits.
- Ensure timely debt collection and achievement of annual KPIs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager in alignment with company goals.
Your Qualifications
- Diploma or higher degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least one year of industrial sales experience in both commercial and engineering roles within a high-tech B2B environment.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to lead customer discussions and provide engineering support.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 applications is a plus.
