About the Role:
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth in key industrial sectors, including Oil & Gas and Pharmaceuticals. Your role involves developing new accounts and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will provide technical support, manage the entire sales cycle, and support project quotes and proposals.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Account Development: Develop and grow key accounts in the Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.
- Sales Support: Provide technical sales support and consultation on electrical products to clients.
- Sales Cycle Management: Handle project quotations, submittals, order closures, and customer issue resolution.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term, strong relationships with clients at all organizational levels.
- Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze market, commercial, and competitive information to strengthen sales strategies.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed budgeted sales and gross margin targets.
What They're Looking For:
- Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or any other engineering qualification
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the industrial or electrical sector.
- Skills: Strong consultative selling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Attributes: Motivated, resourceful, results-oriented, and able to work well in a global team.
- Additional: Good command of spoken and written English. A personal vehicle is preferred for island-wide travel.
