Sales Administrator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales operations, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and external customers. The ideal candidate will help optimize sales processes, maintain customer satisfaction, and contribute to overall sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage and update customer databases (e.g., SQL systems).
• Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Handle inquiries from clients regarding product information, pricing, availability, and delivery.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments for sales staff.
• Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain organized records of sales transactions and relevant documentation.
