Sales Coordinator (Indoor Sales / Project Support)

Looking to build your career in sales without going door-to-door? We’re hiring a Sales Coordinator to support our sales and project teams from the office. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and great with communication – we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals
• Coordinate between sales, technical, and project teams
• Support sales team with documentation and scheduling
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and client communication
• Assist with CRM data and tracking sales performance

Requirements:

• Experience in ACMV/HVAC industry is a plus
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines

Location: Defu Industrial City
Office Hours: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm / Sat 8am-12pm

Salary : Basic + commission
