Rider Recruiter

Easyride Urban Quest is looking for a Rider Recruiter to help grow our rider network in Singapore’s food delivery ecosystem. This role focuses on rider acquisition—engaging with prospective candidates, supporting them through the sign-up process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

You will work independently and take full ownership of your acquisition channels and lead follow-up process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new motorcycle delivery rider candidates
• Support applicants through the sign-up and onboarding journey
• Follow up on leads to ensure timely activation
• Coordinate with internal operations for seamless handover

Requirements:

• Singaporean or PR
• Highly driven and independent
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Past experience in recruitment, sales, or outreach roles is an advantage
