Job Responsibilities
- Order Processing : Ensure that e-commerce and socials’ orders are fulfilled promptly to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Fulfill Customer’s Orders & Customisation Request
- Retail Operation & Customer Service : Assist with the retail floor on days when the studio is open. This involves sales floor upkeep, cashiering, etc.
- Packing: Package products for dispatch or self collection, ensuring items are well protected and presented. Ensure items are well accounted for and ready to be collected/shipped out.
- Host engaging TikTok LIVE sessions to showcase and sell our products
- Interact with viewers, answer questions, and drive sales through live engagement
- Content Creation: Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content for various social media platforms including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends to enhance live session effectiveness
- Video Production: Film and edit high-quality videos using appropriate applications. Conceptualize, style, film, and edit TikTok stories and video content.
- Daily Housekeeping Duties
- Other Ad-Hoc Duties as Assigned
Job Requirements
- High initiative and positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team
- Experience hosting TikTok LIVE or similar LIVE selling platforms
- Comfortable and confident on camera with strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge computer software and social media platform (TikTok, Instagram, MS Office, Google Softwares, Excel) is required
- Creative mindset with the ability to make engaging content
- Crystals knowledge is not necessary but will be beneficial
- Training will be provided
- Must be able to work on Saturdays
- Full time position with 5.5 work days per week
