Retail Supervisor

• Provide good customer service
• Replenish display counters with products
• Require to do food preparation of products
• Assists making recommendations according to customers’ needs
• Assist with the stock check and cashiering duties
• Basic housekeeping to ensure that storefront is clean and professional looking
• Address and resolve customers complaints in professional manner
• Process customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Assist in meeting sales target
• Assist in any other task as and when assigned

Requirements:
• 1-2 year of retail sales working experience in fnb retail is an added advantage
• Possess retail management skills
• Good initiative and effective communication skills
• Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including PH/weekends, days, afternoons, and evenings.
• Able to start work immediately
