Resident Technical Officer (RTO- C&S and M&E) - Macpherson

Location : Macpherson

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday (8.30am to 6.00pm)

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the works as per project specifications and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including residents, authorities, and other contractors.
• Render assistance as directed by the Site Project Coordinator.
• Ensure works comply with safety, quality, and schedule requirements

Qualifications & Experience

i) At least 3 years relevant working experience in the supervision of C&S,Architectural and/or M&E aspect of works;

ii) Accredited as Resident Technical Officers with The Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES);

iii) Proficient in using Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint;

iv) Possess and demonstrate a track record of being Team Players (not restricted or limited to their individual discipline) with ability to contribute to the Team and deliver on the Project.
