Resident Technical Officer (M&E)

Responsibilities:

• Perform all duties required of a Site Supervisor as per BCA regulations.
• Supervise and ensure timely execution and quality of works per approved plans and specifications.
• Check drawings, monitor material quality, and report discrepancies or non-compliance to the OIC.
• Coordinate with contractors, attend project meetings, and document minutes accurately.
• Oversee defect rectification, statutory compliance, and proper record-keeping.
• Ensure site safety in collaboration with the safety team and handle ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, preferably in BTO projects.
• Registered RTO with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).
• Relevant experience in site supervision and project management.
