Research and Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of new products from concept to commercialization.
• Conduct research on ingredients, processing techniques, and packaging options, for taste, texture, shelf-life, and nutritional content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and marketing.
• Ensure that trial samples meet the required specifications of customers before proceeding with production.
• Perform product testing and sensory evaluations to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Ensure all products comply with relevant food safety and quality regulations, including labelling and nutritional guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of food manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Can thrive in both collaborative and solo settings.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a passion for innovation in food products.
