Regional Supply Chain Senior Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced supply chain professional to oversee end to end fulfilment process, ensuring seamless operations from order receipt to delivery across the region which covers SEA, NEA and Oceania. This role involves optimizing supply chain workflows, coordinating logistics and ensure timely customer deliveries. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and startup mindset and possess a solid background in vendor management, cross-functional collaboration as well as comfortable to work in a matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement fulfilment strategies to enhance efficiency and meet customer expectations.

· Oversee order processing, inventory management, and distribution logistics.

· Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and supply chain teams to optimize fulfilment operations.

· Manage fulfilment KPIs, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

· Identify and implement automation and technology solutions to streamline workflows.

· Lead cross-functional projects to improve fulfilment processes and reduce costs.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

· Resolve order-related issues and enhance customer service response times.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fulfilment capabilities.

· Provide training and leadership to fulfilment teams.

· Any ad hoc task as assigned by the company

Job Requirement

· Bachelors Degree in supply chain management or logistics related field is preferred

· At least 8 years working experience in mid-sized multinational organizations

· Proficient knowledge in inventory management, order fulfilment, and distribution strategies

· Demonstrated ability to collaborate with matrix teams and drive operational excellence

· Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and handling work tasks using Office applications and SAP
