Hiring: Receptionist cum Coordinator

Location: Kovan Campus (nearest MRT: Kovan station)

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm, alternate Sat 9am to 1pm

Salary range: $2200-$2600 per month (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Answering phone calls, answer enquiry and divert the walk in guests or calls to the related personnel
2. Assist Customer Service to ensure the brochures are available
3. In charge of booking of Conference Room
4. To serve drinks to guests as and when required
5. In charge of arranging local and oversea courier services
6. In charge of arranging dispatch from campus to campus
7. In charge of marketing gifts and packing of door gift for marketing events
8. Assist the Academic Department in administrative work (such as: data-entry into IMS System, assist in timetabling matters, stamping of certificates, preparation of staff/teachers/students pass)
9. Assist the Academic Department in operational matters such as informing the teachers on new-join induction, distributing/collection of stationery/petty cash etc
10. Assist the Customer Service Department in operational matters such as updating of attendance, students leave form/records of confiscated items etc
11. Other duties as assigned by HOD and Management
12. Execute the workplans of the department to realize the organization’s objectives
13. To comply with EduTrust policies, procedures and documentation

• Neat, organized and meticulous
• Able to work independently
