R&D Assistant Project Leader

JOB DESCPRITION

• Help production during technical issue, find solution with R&D team.
• Manage R&D projects assigned.
• Transversal project management: work with R&D team for all projects assigned
• Follow R&D project and feedback R&D Manager and Development Manager. Feedback all R&D Team during R&D Meeting
• Generate systematic experimental record and project progress reports ( R&D Dashboard)
• Assist recipes improvement and develop new recipes for customers.
• Assist R&D Team to work with chemical supplier to source new leather technic.
• Follow up the lab testing for the R&D project, summaries result and propose explication/next step.
• Generate Standard Operating Procedures / Standard Testing Procedures

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Chemical Engineering, with leather technology

Experience in Tannery

Good interpersonal and communication, data documentation and project management skills.

Results oriented and deliver projects on time

Good team player

Strong relationships with production and quality
