Job Description

Prepare cost estimates and budget proposals specifically for steel structure works.
Take-off quantities from structural drawings for steel fabrication and installation.
Prepare and submit progress claims to main contractors based on site progress.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for steel materials and services.
Track and certify variations (VOs) due to design changes or site instructions.
Monitor material usage, fabrication costs, and installation expenses to control budget.
Attend coordination meetings with main contractors, consultants, and site teams.
Prepare and manage contract documentation, including subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
Handle final account settlement with main contractors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with BCA, safety, and quality standards in costing and documentation.
