QUANTITY SURVEYOR-M&E/DRAFTSMAN/PROJECT COORDINATOR

Quantity Surveyor / Draftsman / Project Coordinator

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–6:00pm | Alternate Saturdays (Half Day)

Location: Near Ubi / Paya Lebar / MacPherson MRT Station

Role Responsibilities:

· Prepare tenders and quotation submissions

· Generate Bill of Quantities

· Conduct quantity take-offs, site measurements & cost analysis as needed

· Prepare 2D/3D architectural & structural drawings (BIM knowledge is a plus)

· Coordinate with main-contractors & clients

· Manage project scheduling

· Prepare monthly progress claims & payment responses based on SOP Act

· Submit work completion reports for client's acknowledgment when jobs are done

· Attend site and main-contractors meeting as required

· Provide hands-on support when needed

· Assist with ad-hoc project tasks as required

Requirements:

· National ITE Certificate or Above

· Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Good communication, organizational, and reporting skills

· Team player with initiative and ability to work independently

· Ability to interpret architectural/structural drawings is a must

· Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure

· Familiarity with ironmongery, bicycle racks & timber wood is a bonus

· Must lead by example and maintain a professional attitude
