Quantity Surveyor

We are a building contractor company and are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our established organisation.The QS will assist our Senior QS in all tender process, price negotiations, handle progress claims/payments, and to work with site team and consultants on variation orders. He/she should have the traits to work with consultants, clients, and fellow colleagues.

The potential candidates should have one year experience in similar fields, thought not a pre-requisite. The candidate should have a diploma or relevant to the build industry. The candidate should be knowledgeable in AutoCAD. The candidate should be able to work independently and is a team player too.
