Job Description

Job Scope & Job Responsibilities

Preparation of Tender Document for RFQ
Sourcing of subcon & vendor
Issuing of RFQ documents
Negotiation & clarification with subcon & vendor
Comparison & analysis of quotation & proposal (TBE/CBE)
Tabulation of cost and estimation for pricing preparation
Measurement of quantity for RFQ (indicative to subcon)
Preparation of Commercial Term
Finalizing with subcon & vendor for contractual requirements
Issuing of Letter of Award and Purchase Order
Update of project budget
Update of procurement status
Payment response (to subcon)
Payment claim (to consultant)
Liaise with Subcon/Consultant/Client for Payment Claim matters
Update of claim summary & expenditure to PM for Monthly Progress Report

Job Requirements

At least 2 years of related working experience
Diploma in QS or Mechanical Engineering
