Quantity Surveyor (AR/RC)

Core responsibilities:

• Taking-off quantities and Pricing for Tender / Quotations;
• Execution of general Contracts Administration duties;
• Evaluate and compare Subcontractors’ quotations;
• Prepare and monitor Project Budget;
• Preparation of Subcontracting and Purchases Document;
• Prepare and monitor Progress Claims and Subcontractor Payment;
• Prepare and update Claims/ Costing/ Budget and Payment Receipt monthly.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Building/ Quantity Surveying
• Min 2 years experience in construction industry
• Able to use Microsoft Office, CCS PO/ WO Module
• Able to write reports and presentation
• Basic knowledge in Cost Management and Control Techniques
• Able to communicate at all levels
• Good negotiation skills
• Preferably with ISO Internal Auditor Certification
• Singaporean only
