Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Tendering & Budgeting: Prepare tender documents, budgets, resource allocation, bill of quantities, and other relevant documentation.
• Technical Review: Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and installation plans. Ensure accuracy in measurements and calculations. Review reports to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Identify and address any quality issues promptly.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all work complies with building codes, regulations, and environmental standards. Keep strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
• Communication: Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and timelines. Ensure effective communication among team members and provide support where needed.
• Ad-Hoc Assignments: Assist with additional tasks as required to support the project team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction or M&E sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and project cost estimation.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, or other surveying tools).
