QA Engineer

Oversee the QA function in Board Manufacturing/ System Integration :-

• To co-ordinate customer complaint and to provide recommendation for corrective action.
• Work with vendor to ensure zero defects for part delivered
• Conduct yearly audits for specific vendors
• Work with Production to improve outgoing quality.
• To improve work processes and inspector’s productivity.
• To generate monthly Quality result report.
• Promote awareness of regulatory, customer and other requirements.

Technical Requirements :-

• As an SPC champion and is responsible for SPC requirement.
• To give technical support on ESD requirement.
• To lead a team on quality improvement project.
• Minimum discrepancies during audit.
• To provide technical training such as SPC, Work processes.
• To have knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IPC Standard.

Document Control :-

• In charge in the company Website document control.
• To ensure the document for QA department is properly file.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm
