PROJECT TECHNICIAN

Job Description

1. Multi-tasking to coordinate a few sites simultaneously.

2. Monitor feedbacks from representatives of clients for sites with timely follow up with responses.

3. Plan Do Check Action and timely updating of progresses on Scheduling Board.

4. Site visits to troubleshoot and verify feedbacks for remedial action, lead time and plan for rectification works.

5. Update the Scheduling Board and clients on the planned schedule.

6. Arrange and coordinate the repair works.

7. Always monitor closely to answer effective rectification works.

8. Practice of KAIZEN for continuous improvement.

9. Upon completion of repair, update client with evidence (photo) and compile a Completion Report.

10. Liaise with the Finance for the invoicing.

11. To undertake additional responsibilities as and when assigned.

Requirements

1. Singaporean and Malaysian are welcome.

2. Preferably can read and write in English and Malay.

3. Diploma holder is encouraged to apply.

4. Those with electrical or electronic background are welcome

5. With a minimum 2 years in site work

6. Preferably with valid Driving License Class 3
