Job Description:

Are you a motivated and skilled individual with a passion for telecommunications?

Zenitel is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team, specializing in marine and offshore telecommunication projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior executive to gain valuable experience in a challenging and rewarding environment with a global leader in communication solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications and support project bidding processes.
• Identify project requirements and present effective solutions to customers.
• Develop drawings, test procedures, and other essential engineering documentation.
• Coordinate projects between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Manage and monitor project schedules, purchasing, production, and shipping.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project construction phase.
• Program and test telecommunication equipment.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers.
• Provide technical support for commissioning and service.
• Deliver after-sales technical support to customers.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of electrical/electronic, telecommunication, and computer networking.
• Ability to identify project requirements and present solutions to customers.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing electrical line diagrams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to shipyards and conduct site surveys and commissioning.
• Minimum polytechnic diploma in a relevant field (Electrical/Electronic, Telecommunication, or related).
