Project Engineer(ACMV)

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assists Project Manager in project planning and to co-ordinate and oversee all work on the site.
• Study drawing, plans, specification and scope of work.
• Responsible for submission of material sample and shop drawing.
• Monitoring closely of construction work progress, materials, plant and equipment.
• Carry out site visit, attend site test and inspection and temporary work.
• Workout and maintain VO schedule.
• Verification of material requisition and taking off quantities/site measurement.
• Prepare progress claim to Main-contractor on monthly basis.
• Prepare payment certificate, verify sub-contractor work progress.
• Ensure quality standard and Safety Requirements are adhered to.
• Work closely with project team and resolve all technical issue.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Engineering / equivalent.
• Min. 3 years ACMV work experience in M&E construction industry is Preferred.
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• IT skills in Microsoft office, Autocad.
