Project Coordinator

Responsibilities-

• Assign jobs and tasks to appropriate Technical Teams daily, considering their skills and availability.
• Plan efficient and cost-effective routes for transportation of workers and goods deliveries.
• Address issues related to route planning, such as unexpected delays, manpower changes or customer’s demands.
• Monitor schedule progress and make adjustments as and when required to ensure timely completion.
• Optimize available resources to achieve maximum Productivity Output.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of schedules and productivity data.
• Responsible for Productivity Report.

Requirements-

• At least 2 years of relevant working experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Experience in constructions or logistics industries an advantage.
• Abe to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
