Job Summary:

As a Project Coordinator, you will support all projects from planning to completion. You’ll work closely with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution and delivery of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and material deliveries.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, invoices, and change orders.
• Order materials and coordinate job site logistics.
• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving issues or delays.
• Ensure work is compliant with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to clients and address concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or renovation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, or similar).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of renovation processes, building codes, and permits is a plus.
