Job Description

Assisting the project manager in planning and executing construction projects
Helping to coordinate and schedule project tasks and resources
Maintaining and updating project files, plans, and reports
Communicating with team members, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Monitoring the progress of the project and reporting any issues to the project manager
Ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up to date
Helping to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations
Ordering, receiving, and inventorying construction materials and supplies
Assisting in the resolution of any problems that may occur during the construction process
