Program Manager

Job Description:

• Manage MBH / Long term MRO agreements for engine shop visit maintenance
• Administer the engine shop visit from induction, redelivery and payment of invoices
• Delight customer relationship through effective and clear communication to enhance business relationship and other future business opportunity
• Manage program cost and profitability
• Meet program performance KPI such as profitability, on-time engine delivery, engine health performance, etc

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor of Engineering
• Willing to learn and enjoy meeting and interacting with people
• Prior aviation experience in an aero-engine related business will be an added advantage
• Good Microsoft skills required for Excel, Powerpoint & Words
• Experience in contract terms and language
• Able to work within customers’ time zones, as required
• Overseas travel to customers or partners location when required
