About the Role
We are building the future of AI data center power delivery — direct current (DC) from utility to rack. LITEON is launching a new venture focused on direct current power infrastructure for data centers (ie. DCDC). We’re seeking a Product Leader to lead the definition of DCDC architecture and the architecture-to-product journey with the right product offering to the market.
Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Vision
- Own and articulate the product vision for the modular DCDC platform — from core architecture to customer-ready SKU
- Define product roadmap for rectifier shelves, containers, battery integration, and controls
- Champion ±400 V vs 800 V positioning, market fit, and ecosystem strategy
2. Architecture-to-Offering Execution
- Translate engineering architecture into repeatable, certifiable product SKUs with modular data center (MDC) design.
- Own product definition across electrical, mechanical, thermal, safety, and certification parameters plus PMS and EMS (power management software and energy management software respectively).
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and partners (from colo operators to component providers) to co-develop go-to-market-ready modules
3. Market Intelligence & Customer Engagement
- Interface with hyperscalers, colo providers, and edge cloud teams to shape product-market fit
- Lead customer trials, pilot programs, and post-install product feedback loops
- Stay ahead of standards (UL, IEC 62368, IEEE 2030), competitive benchmarks, and industry roadmaps
4. Leadership & Scaling
- Build and lead a small, high-performance product org — product managers, solutions architects, and software application engineers
- Define product lifecycle KPIs — NPI, GTM velocity, feature adoption, margin growth
- Collaborate with LITEON corporate functions (manufacturing, quality, regulatory) to ensure full productization support
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in power electronics, modular data center systems, or infrastructure product leadership
- Deep understanding of DC architecture — rectifiers, batteries, busbars, FETs, cooling, and controls
- Track record of taking hardware+software power systems from concept to market
- Familiarity with hyperscaler RFPs, colocation standards, and DC certification paths (e.g. UL, TUV)
- Leadership DNA — ability to bridge engineering, sales, and operations
- Technical degree (EE, ME, or related); MBA or systems background a plus
