PRODUCT ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage metal injection molding NPI and meet project deliverables of schedule, quality, and yield.
• Interact with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors/customers to drive product quality and process improvement.
• Participate in new project engineering review, customer service, and supplier management on technical issues.
• Perform R&D to improve the company's technical capability and knowledge base.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Material Science/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment for project management and yield improvement.
• Knowledge in DOE, FMEA, SPC, 2D/3D design software, and material properties and characterization skills.
