Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Source for quotations of the requested item
• Compare the quotations and negotiate the best pricing and terms;
• Key in Purchasing Order of consumables / Machineries from Requester in ORACLE System and submit it to the respective manager for approval
• Upon approval of PO in ORACLE, generate the PO and forward the PO to suppliers
• Formulate packing list / invoice for the shipment into PTPG
• Application of Outgoing Permit with Arrow Star Logistics
• Application for Export Permit with BCA / MPA
• Make a trip down Sungei Kadut Warehouse to oversee packing of goods
• Arrange lorry crane to transport cargos for offloading at Punggol Aggregate Terminal
• Oversee the loading of cargos onto barge on actual delivery date
• Submit the necessary documents (Signed BL & packing list/invoice etc) to Finance

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in warehouse & logistic or equivalent
• Singapore valid Class 3 driving license
• Forklift license
• Willing to work overtime
• Knowledge on Procurement Oracle is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
