PROCESS ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and tracking logs.
• Coordinate with outlet managers, technicians, and vendors for scheduled servicing.
• Manage maintenance records, work orders, invoices, and compliance documents.
• Follow up on job status, service reports, raise quotation for approvals.
• Assist in budgeting, spare parts tracking, and cost reporting.
• Ensure timely documentation of completed maintenance activities.
• Support audits and inspections with up-to-date maintenance data.
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a maintenance, engineering, or administrative role.
• Independent and possess leadership.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and maintenance tracking systems.
• Familiarity with F&B equipment and outlet operations is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
