Salary: Up to $3000
Location: Changi (pickup Yio Chu Kang , Punggol, Jurong East)
Job Scope:
- Uphold quality in every process of Distribution and Production operations undertaken
- Complete all documentation in compliance with the principles of cGMPs
- Count and record materials required for use in Clinical Trial operations.
- Ensure all materials are handled carefully and in the correct manner
- Receive incoming or returned materials in an efficient manner and perform putaway followed by the uploading of details into the Inventory Management System accordingly
- Perform all Distribution activities in accordance with SOPs and Distribution instructions to ensure efficient, exact and secure completion
- Process material for all Clinical Services packaging disciplines, e.g. blister packing, walleting, encapsulation, dispensing, label & compilation, in accordance with SOPs and Production Instructions
- Hold responsibility for verification of materials processed by completing all relevant documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Min. NITEC/ Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in distribution, production, or a related field, preferably within the pharmaceutical or clinical trial industry.
- Strong understanding of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) principles.
- Proficiency in using Inventory Management Systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to handle materials carefully and correctly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Distribution instructions precisely.
