Pet Shop Retail Assistant (Part Time)

• Greeting and welcoming guests, answering all calls and directing as needed and
• Talking with customers to select a grooming package and Resolving customer problems as needed
• Ensure all grooming appointments are properly schedule
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the entire grooming centre
• Perform basic grooming for dogs
• Assist Groomer Team on the day-to-day business operations
• Assist in selling retail products
• Handle and take care of dogs and cats
• Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned

Requirements and skills

• Animal lover, patient, proactive, committed, dedicated, willing to learn and work as a team.
• Able to handle and take care of dogs
• Proficient in English and Chinese (oral and written)
• Strong communication, people skills and Problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Able to perform Basic Grooming skills
• 2 weekends ; Public Holiday off
• Relevant experience will be advantageous, otherwise we can train you if you have a willing to learn attitude
