We’re hiring a Personal Assistant to support a fast-moving founder across multiple ventures in tech, education, events, and ministry. If you're sharp, adaptable, and thrive in a high-speed, high-impact environment — this might be your call-up 🎯

🔥 What You'll Do

📅 Own the calendar – Schedule meetings, take notes, track follow-ups

🧠 Translate strategy to action – Turn big ideas into clear, executable plans for the team

💬 Coordinate comms – Prepare briefs, track timelines, manage stakeholders

🧰 Use tools & AI – Notion, ClickUp, Google Suite, ChatGPT, etc.

⚡ Juggle tasks like a ninja – Across multiple projects and deadlines

🚀 Suggest better systems – We’re open to upgrading how we work

✅ What We’re Looking For

🧠 Strong common sense, initiative, and follow-through

🤹‍♀ Proven multitasker who handles pressure well

🎪 Events, operations, or startup experience a big plus

💻 IT- and tool-savvy, able to adapt fast

✍ Clear and professional written communication

🙏 Comfortable working in a majority-Christian team with faith-based projects

💪 Willing to hustle, grow, and get sharper every week

💸 Salary

SGD $2,000–$3,000

($3K reserved for truly exceptional candidates who bring serious firepower)
