PAX Representative

Job description -

• Responsible for the preparation and accurate outgoing/incoming passenger messages and other written communication
• Coordinate all passenger Service matters through ATOC and Air Mobility Command when necessary
• Maintain all updated Passenger Service AMC instructions
• Answer passenger inquiries and provide assistance
• Initiate lost and found reports
• Examine each outbound passengers's travel documentation to ensure valid travel authorisation
• Receive, tag and weigh passengers's baggage
• Prepare boarding pass and make seat assignements for all outbound passengers
• Ensure mission arrival/departure board reflects the most current information
• Prepare month end reports
• Input passenger data into AMC Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES)
• Collect charges
• Conduct anti-hijacking inspections
• Operate Air Terminalk X-Ray machine
• Prepare passenger manifest
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Station Manager
